Laboratory of 2D materials and nanodevices

The laboratory was established in 2018, together with the Institute of Ultra-High-Frequency Semiconductor Electronics of the Russian Academy of Sciences (IUHFSE RAS). The laboratory is part of the MIPT Photonics and 2D Materials (Nanoscale Optoelectronics) Center. The aim of the laboratory is to develop and create compact high-sensitivity mid-infrared and terahertz frequency range detectors, as well as compact high-sensitivity biological sensors based on 2D materials and van der Waals heterostructures
