Administration

MIPT's key management principle is pluralism and collective decision taking. The university is run by a board of experienced administrators and actual researchers, most of who are, besides, Phystech alumni. The management hierarchy includes rector, vice rectors for scientific and academic affairs, pre-university education, international relations, economic, construction and operations. 12 faculty deans form a council to take university's main decisions.
