Criteria:
You shouldn’t have “satisfactory” grades (3/10 or 4/10) after the end of the exam session.
You shouldn’t have unpassed or failed exams after the end of the exam session.
You are government-subsidized student. 
This scholarship is tax-free.
Amount of scholarship depends on your marks for the last semester:

for bachelor students
You have only “excellent” and “good” grades (from 5 to 10)	4 600 RUB
You have only “excellent” grades (from 8 to 10)	5 750 RUB
You have only “excellent” grades during last two semesters	6 900 RUB
for master students
You have only “excellent” and “good” grades (from 5 to 10)	4 600 RUB
You have only “excellent” grades (from 8 to 10)	6 900 RUB

Amount is valid till 31.08.2019

State PhD scholarship

Государственная стипендия аспирантам

Criteria:

You shouldn’t have “satisfactory” grades (3/10 or 4/10) after the end of the exam session.
You shouldn’t have unpassed or failed exams after the end of the exam session.
For international students scholarship doesn’t depend on previous 2 criteria.
You are government-subsidized student.
This scholarship is tax-free.
Amount of scholarship depends on the major of study.

Increased state academic scholarship (PGAS)

Повышенная государственная академическая стипендия

PGAS is the scholarship for Master students and 4th year Bachelor students (government-subsidized student) who have achievements in one or several categories: Studying, Science & Research, Culture & Art, Sport and Social activities.

You can apply for this scholarship in your personal account at page “Achievements” (“Достижения”).

Criteria

Studying

1. Only “excellent” marks during last two exam sessions

2. Achievements and prizes for science and R&D projects during the last year

3. Winning the students academic olympiads and competitions during the last year

Science & Research

1. Prizes and achievements for R&D works during the last year

2. Patented and licensed researches and invention during the last year

3. Grants for R&D works during the last year

4. Publication in science journals and papers during the last year

Social activities

1. Participation in organization of social, cultural, human rights and other events and activities in the university during the last year

2. Participation in PR campaigns and information support of important university events during the last year

Culture & Art

1. Prizes and achievements in cultural and artist competitions during the last year

2. Official public presentation of any object of art created by student during the last year

3. Participating in organization of cultural events during the last year

Sport

1. Prizes and achievements in sports competitions during the last year

2. Participation in sports competitions during the last year

3. Completing GTO (ГТО) sport standards

Scholarship of Charitable Foundation for the Development of Innovation Education

Стипендия фонда развития инновационного образования

There are two criteria for this scholarship: low-income or progress in studies.
