Уважаемый Сергей Николаевич,
Большое спасибо за Ваше приглашение и за возможность принять участие в организованной ФРТК Третьей международной конференции «Engineering and Telecommunication Technologies – 2016».
Очень хорошим был подбор докладов и участников этой конференции. Помимо интереснейших сообщений в различных областях науки и технологий, связанных с приложениями современных компьютерных технологий, математических методов и телекоммуникационных средств, участники конференции из различных стран и областей деятельности познакомились друг с другом, что должно обеспечить возможность развития дальнейшего сотрудничества в соответствующих областях. Ваша конференция продемонстрировала, что Физтех и ФРТК принимают активное участие как в развитии этих областей науки и техники, так и в организации форумов в обеспечение этой важнейшей деятельности в этом, одном из наиболее приоритетных для развитых стран секторов экономики, науки и техники.
Знаковым событием Конференции стало проведение круглого стола на тему «Применение современных цифровых технологий в различных отраслях промышленности», быть модератором которого, Вы доверили мне. В рамках дискуссии обсуждались опыт и проблемы использования цифровых технологий на примере нескольких зарубежных и российских компаний, а также актуальность этой темы для российских предприятий. Задача создания всех необходимых условий для ускоренного трансформирования российской экономики к системе «Индустрия 4.0» с обеспечением доступа разработчиков и производителей высокотехнологической продукции к наиболее совершенному инструментарию соответствующих цифровых технологий, является безусловно актуальной, без решения которой невозможно обеспечить конкурентоспособность этого сектора экономики. Очень хорошим оказался подбор участников круглого стола. Активное участие в дискуссии принимали: Л.Р. Соркин, Председатель Совета директоров «ХОНЕВЕЛЛ», К.А. Костромин, Заместитель директора Департамента управления разработкой ПАО Объединенная Авиастроительная Корпорация (ОАК), М.И. Павлюк, Генеральный директор АО «ПКК Миландр», Д.Д. Ступин, Заместитель генерального конструктора ОАО «РТИ», Д.Л. Сухов, Директор конструкторского центра компании Боинг в России, A.С. Батурин, Начальник научного управления МФТИ, Н.А. Кузнецов, академик РАН, Институт радиотехники и электроники им. В.А. Котельника РАН, проф. Юрий Фельдман, Иерусалимский университет (Израиль).
Многие зарубежные участники конференции, например, Prof. Kostas Stasopoulos, Prof. Jian Song, Prof. Yuri Feldman, высоко оценили организацию этой конференции. Мы видим перспективы нашего участия в последующих аналогичных мероприятиях ФРТК.
Благодаря первой конференции En&T-2014 я установил контакт с группой академика Александра Петровича Кулешова и в мае 2016 г. я начал работу в Сколковском институте науки и технологий в Skoltech Center for Design, Manufacturing and Materials.
Я также рассчитываю на дальнейшее развитие контактов и возможность сотрудничества с Вами и с Вашей командой, занимающейся системами компьютерной поддержки проектирования и создания сложных, современных технических систем, включая транспортную систему, которую мы с Вами обсуждали.
Еще раз большое спасибо Вам за организацию и проведение этой конференции.

Тема: IEEE Moscow Visit
Dear Sergey,
It was a great pleasure meeting you and other distinguished IEEE members in Moscow two weeks ago during my visit in Russia for participation as invited speaker in En&T – 2016 Conference. I would also like to thank you for your hospitality and all the help you have given me during my stay. The help and professionalism of Elena Pavlyukova was exemplary and I personally thank her so much! I would also like to thank all the Section officers and Chapter Chairs that were present in our meeting and especially Prof. Gulyaev for his hospitality.
Please accept my congratulations with high level of speakers and presented reports and I hope that this will be the start of an increased growth in IEEE Russia. As I have told you it would be great if we can work towards the organization of a Students and Young Professionals Congress, not only for Russia but also for other Russian speaking countries in the near future. One other action that we could take is to attract more International conferences in Russia.
Also it would be great if we can establish some Student Branches in Universities in Russia. One very good start could be the Moscow Institute of Physics and Technology and the Institute of Radioengineering and Electronics, Russian Academy of Sciences.
The Region 8 Student representative Femia Arvaniti (cc) will send you all the information that is needed in order to proceed with the establishment of such Branches.

I have been back safely. It is indeed a very important and rewarding trip even though I am fully exhausted (my flight was delayed by 7 hours, and I just arrived).
First of all, I would like to congratulate you for such a successful conference and I am pretty confident that lots of students will benefit from this event.
Secondly, I would like to thank you very much for your kind hospitality and I really have a wonderfu stay even though it is less than 48 hours. I really appreciate your great efforts in making me fell home. It is a pity because of some unexpected events, we are unable to exchange our ideas in details. But I have every confidence that we will move our relationship forward and look forward to collaborating with you and colleagues from other BRICS countries for the joint project. Many, many thanks.

Dear Prof. Garichev,
Having the safety trip back, I want to express my deep appreciation for your invitation to participate En&T-2016, it was my third participation in your Conference. I was really impressed by the level of its organization. The program was interesting and I enjoyed learning a lot at the lectures I succeed to hear. I enjoyed also the session on Bioengineering I charred. I am not sure that I remember so interesting discussion I had with the students during the session and after it. Thanks again for your warm hospitality. The organization of the conference and my trip was perfect and especially I am grateful to Deputy Dean Lyudmila Uzhinskaya, and Elena Pavlyukova who did their best to make my trip to Moscow comfortable and pleasant. Using this opportunity, I would like also to invite you to visit our Center of Electromagnetic Research and Characterization at The Hebrew University of Jerusalem.
